A significant feature of this device is that it uses a unique rubber suspension instead of a spring suspension for the screening damper. As a result, compared to the company's spring suspension models: - Capacity: Nearly double the processing capability - Noise: Low noise level (typically around 70 dB) - Cleaning: Can be disassembled and assembled without tools - No areas where water can accumulate, ensuring good drainage By simultaneously using the optional ultrasonic clogging prevention system (VDS), the screening capability for difficult powders that are prone to clogging is enhanced, preventing mesh damage (accurate classification down to a minimum of 20 µm).
